Important Update from Pick‑Me Nursery.
Please read before placing an order.
On 15 February 2026, we will be closing our retail store and transitioning to a fully online nursery.
This move allows us to streamline our operations, optimise holding stock, free up capacity, and focus even more on what matters most — excellent customer service and faster turnaround times for our nationwide client base.
What this means for you in general:
 • Quicker order processing.
 • A wider, more efficient online shopping experience.
 • Exciting new offers that will make your gardening experience more cost effective.
How will it effect 'collection of stock'
As always, we will let you know when your stock is ready for collection. However, our base will now be in Tarlton instead of in Krugersdorp.
The effect on 'deliveries'
Your delivery will no longer be delayed by the operational requirements of the nursery, or availability of a limited amount of vehicles.
As soon as your stock arrives at our base, you will be contacted to inform you that it is ready, and arrangements can be made for delivery.
What it means for customers who arrive at our premises without having placed an order online?
Your stock will not be available, because we will be collecting stock from our suppliers and growers weekly based ONLY on confirmed and paid orders.
How will effect the ordering of plants?
Plants will be ordered weekly, on a Monday. Our suppliers will deliver by the end of each week. Once your order arrives, we will contact you to arrange for delivery or collection.
What it means for production of concrete products?
No change. Most concrete products are manufactured by suppliers on order.
Pavers and selected concrete products, are generally available on demand.
Some suppliers have a limited amounts of moulds which means concrete products may take up to 14 working days to manufacture, and be fully cured.
Concrete production cannot be rushed. We take pride in delivering products of the highest quality, and we will not deliver a product unless it is fully cured to ensure it lasts a long time.
